A Bit About Me
Michelle Kopczynski joined DRIG in March of 2021 and comes to us with twelve years of call center experience. Michelle brings a great skill set to her position with her background in creating policy and procedures, KPIs, implementations, training, analyzing call data, and many years of front line customer service. Michelle has been a change agent for our scheduling group and has implemented multiple new policies and procedures to increase efficiency and quality within the group. During her down time Michelle enjoys traveling, is an avid reader and is a big fan of sports.
